AfricaSD - Business Alliance Partner Terms and Conditions |
| 1. I, the authorized signatory for the Company listed in the AfricaSD Business Alliance Partner Application, agree to the BAP terms and conditions and
warrant that the information provided herein is accurate. |
| 2. We hereby confirm that we have acknowledged and accepted the qualification criteria to become an AfricaSD BAP
Member. |
| 3. We agree that AfricaSD reserves the right to discontinue membership of any BAP Member without cause at AfricaSD
discretion. |
| 4. We acknowledge that AfricaSD makes no warranties regarding accuracy of any information provided and accepts no
liability for expenses, losses, or action incurred or undertaken by the AfricaSD BAP Member with respect to
information provided as part of this program. |
| 5. We acknowledge that AfricaSD has the sole discretion in awarding any marketing Co-Op funds that might be
available. |
| 6. We agree to the necessary technical and sales training within a time frame of 3 months. |
| 7. We agree that this agreement will commence from authorized signature date for 12 months, thereafter the
agreement will automatically renew for 12 month consecutively taking in account performance achieved for the year
unless a written notice of agreement cancellation have been received 3 month prior to agreement laps date. |
| 8. Any changes to the above information must be conveyed to AfricaSD within (21) days of such change. Fax details

| 9. We agree to host an AfricaSD logo with links to AfricaSD web site from our web product page. |
