SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - July 12, 2007 - PatchLink Corporation, a global leader in security and vulnerability management, today announced it has completed an all stock merger with SecureWave, a worldwide leading provider of endpoint security solutions to more than 1,700 customers worldwide. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The new combined entity will not only further enhance PatchLink's reputation in its current market space, but also capitalize on the complementary strengths of each company, creating a global, world-class company poised and able to address its customers' entire security management lifecycle. This includes asset discovery and inventory, real-time vulnerability assessment, patching and remediation, network access control, endpoint control and enterprise compliance reporting.
