| Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 named 'Editor's Choice' by Brazil's top computer magazine |
Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of secure content management solutions, announces that Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 has received the top award from Brazil's biggest computer magazine InfoExame.
Kaspersky Internet Security came out on top in a comparative test that saw the four most popular products on the Brazilian market go head-to-head. The results were published in the January edition of the magazine.
Experts at the magazine tested the effectiveness of integrated solutions from Symantec, McAfee, Panda and Kaspersky Lab.
As well as checking the quality of malware detection, the specialists at InfoExame tested the spam filtration capabilities of each product, the level of protection their built-in firewalls provide against hacker attacks, and other functions such as parental controls and anti-phishing components.
Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 achieved the best results during testing, demonstrating the highest level of malware detection of all the products and scoring most points overall.
Moreover, Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 was named the winner of InfoExame's Editor's Choice Award.
