- End user connects to an automated self help web page or selects "reset password" when logging into XP, Vista or Windows 7
- User is Two-Factor authenticated by prompting for their Pin and Passcode from their mobile phone
- Optionally, the user can be prompted for secret information or existing information such as their employee number instead of a PIN
- After authentication is complete, the user is prompted to enter a new Microsoft Windows password
